We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your appointment or you might forget to show up. If this happens, we kindly request that you provide us with more than 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another customer who is waiting for an appointment.
When booking any service with Seb’s Automotive, you are reserving an exclusive time slot just for you and your vehicle. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up at all, it significantly impacts our business and inconveniences other customers who could have been scheduled during that time.
To confirm your booking, we have implemented a cancellation and no-show policy. Clients are required to provide card payment details to complete their appointment booking. Your billing information will be held securely and used only for no-show protection or late cancellations. It will not be saved for future payments or bookings.
